About Taylor Kordsiemon
I am an attorney with the firm Manning Curtis Bradshaw & Bednar. My practice focuses on employment law, commercial litigation, government defense, and appeals. I am also experienced in healthcare litigation and medical-malpractice defense.During law school, I participated in the University of Virginia’s Appellate Practice Clinic, briefing and working on cases before several Federal Courts of Appeal. I also served on the editorial board of the Virginia Journal of Law and Technology and as president of UVA’s chapter of the J. Reuben Clark Law Society.Before joining MC2B, I clerked for now-Justice Diana Hagen on the Utah Court of Appeals.
