As Co-Chair of the firm's Workplace Investigations Practice Group, I conduct and oversee sensitive internal investigations involving allegations of harassment, discrimination, retaliation, misconduct, and other high-stakes workplace issues, helping organizations navigate complex legal, operational, and reputational risks.I counsel employers of all sizes on compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, providing practical guidance on day-to-day human resources issues, employee relations, disability accommodations, leave laws, wage and hour compliance, workplace policies, reductions in force, and risk management. I regularly draft and revise employee handbooks, policies, employment agreements, and other workplace documents designed to support compliance while advancing my clients' business objectives.As an experienced employment litigator, I represent employers in state and federal courts and before administrative agencies, including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the New York State Division of Human Rights, the New York City Commission on Human Rights, the New York State Department of Labor, and the New Jersey Department of Labor. My practice encompasses claims involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour disputes, wrongful termination, leave and accommodation issues, and other employment-related matters.Clients rely on me not only to defend and resolve employment disputes, but also to provide practical, business-focused advice that helps them build compliant, productive workplaces and minimize legal risk.
