Tanya Ridino, Esq., is the Founder and Principal of Harmony Law, Estate Planning and Mediation Services and, previously, Executive Director at Senior Legal Services and Independent General Counsel for the non-profit organization Monarch Services. She is a bilingual Spanish/English Attorney and brings 25 years of diverse legal experience to her Estate Planning practice. Ms. Ridino is passionate about helping people avoid the often painful and expensive experiences of probate court. And fully believes that the most loving thing you can do for those you care about is to take care of your own estate plan. A trained mediator and specializing in Family Law, Ms. Ridino also has years of experience with elder law, victims’ rights, immigrant victims’ visa petitions, juvenile dependency, adoptions, restraining orders and guardianships. She is a community leader. Ms. Ridino is dedicated to improving access to justice by providing information and education about the legal system and facilitating communication regarding disputes. Mediation skills include the ability to draw from extensive experience to foresee and resolve complex analytical issues. Highly skilled at processing information quickly and effectively in order to prioritize, plan and execute strategy to achieve results.
