I am an experienced litigator with an emphasis in Complex Commercial Litigation and Personal Injury Law. I am admitted to practice in Texas (2001) and Nevada (2007), United States Court of Federal Claims, United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas, United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas, and United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas. I am a member of the State Bar of Texas, State Bar of Nevada, and the Dallas Bar Association. Specialties: I have extensive experience in representing health care companies, long-term care companies, including but not limited to skilled nursing facilities and residential care facilities, hospitals, pharmacies, physicians, nurses, pharmacists, as well as other health care providers and allied health care professionals.
