Tad Eckenrode

Tad has extensive civil trial experience, handling complex personal injury, wrongful death and business tort and contract litigation, with over 100 jury trials to verdict in Missouri, Illinois and federal courts. The focus of Tad's practice generally involves the representation of businesses and corporate clients, insurance carriers and professionals, although he and his firm do represent individual clients in some cases. He has been selected as a Missouri-Kansas "SuperLawyer" for several years, and has been selected to Best Lawyers in America in the categories of "Personal Injury Litigation -- Defense" and "Medical Malpractice -- Defense".
