My practice covers a broad range of real estate finance transactions, including syndicated loans, construction loans, revolving credit facilities, mezzanine loans, subordinate loans and participation arrangements, and intercreditor and co-lender agreements. I also represent clients in purchase and sale transactions, joint venture arrangements, leasing arrangements, and advise clients in connection with disposition and development agreements and development projects. Prior to joining Morrison & Foerster, I worked in municipal government where I gained experience in local government policies, procedures, and regulations.
