About Susan Wilson
Susan is associate general counsel for global labor and employment for Ryder System, Inc., a leading logistics and transportation company, where she provides labor and employment counsel to human resources professionals, managers, and other leaders, and manages administrative charges and litigation in the United States and Canada. Susan was formerly a partner with the national labor and employment law firm of Constangy, Brooks, Smith & Prophete, LLP, where she focused her practice on management-side employment law and served as co-chair of Constangy’s Digital Workplace and Data Privacy Practice Group. Susan earned her law degree from the University of Michigan, and her undergraduate degrees in journalism and psychology from the University of Missouri.
