I am a Chambers-ranked, nationally recognized employee benefits attorney with over three decades of experience in the area of employee health and welfare benefit plan strategy, design, funding and compliance. I also represent employers and health plans on health care strategy, governmental audits, contract negotiation and compliance with federal and state laws regulating group health plans, such as the ACA, HIPAA, ERISA, COBRA, MHPAEA, No Surprises Act, CAA-21 transparency requirements and the Internal Revenue Code.
