Susan Miller

Susan is a shareholder and trial attorney at Freund, Freeze, and Arnold. A majority of her practice is devoted to the defense of health care providers, businesses, and professionals in litigation. Susan counsels and advises professionals and businesses on how to resolve disputes or minimize the risk of litigation.Susan also represents healthcare professionals in investigations and matters before the State of Ohio Medical, Nursing, and Pharmacy Boards. She frequently lectures to professional organizations on a wide variety of legal issues.Susan is past Chair of the Board of Directors of the Greater Dayton YMCA. She is Past President of the Society of Ohio Healthcare Attorneys and has served as President of the Ohio Chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates, President of the Dayton Bar Association, and President of the Dayton Bar Foundation.
