From her experience as both a director and General Counsel, Susan Harris has broad legal expertise. She is particularly interested in corporate governance, given her experience at public companies. Ms. Harris currently serves as director of General Finance Corporation, a NASDAQ-listed company, which is a specialty rental services company offering portable storage, modular space and liquid containment solutions. Ms. Harris retired from SunAmerica, Inc., a NYSE-listed financial services company, where she served in a variety of positions between 1985 and 2000, including her most recent position as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. Prior to joining SunAmerica, Inc., Ms. Harris worked for the law firm of Lillick, McHose and Charles, specializing in corporate and securities law.
