Susan is an experienced and versatile labor and employment law attorney, who currently is Senior Counsel at Ogletree Deakins. With over 10 years of legal practice, Susan has developed expertise in providing clients with pragmatic, business-focused advice. Susan investigates and represents employers in discrimination complaints and mediations in front of the EEEOC and provides practical and collaborative day-to-day counseling and litigation avoidance strategies to global employers on a wide range of workplace issues, such as hiring, termination, accommodations, leaves, wage-hour, and internal policies and procedures.
