Susan Egan has represented employers for more than 40 years. She specializes in representing employers seeking to comply with Federal, state and city laws and regulations respecting its personnel. Such rules govern payment, overtime, paid time off, the Family Medical Leave Act, disabilities, discrimination, hostile environments and sexual harassment and now the whole panoply of regulations and laws relating to COVID 19.
