Su He

Su He focuses her practice on U.S. immigration law and business law, providing immigration and business legal services to corporations, families, and individuals across the nation and around the world. As a bi-lingual and bi-cultural lawyer from China, trained in American and Chinese law schools, immigrated to the United States, and has experience owning and managing her own business, Su has extensive knowledge and a deep understanding of her client’s needs. Su is experienced in employment-based immigration, investor immigration, family-based immigration, non-immigration visas, consular processing, and naturalizations. Su also collaborates with other attorneys advising clients on business planning, corporate governance, employment, commercial lending, real estate acquisition, development and leasing, intellectual property, business litigation, estate planning, and other areas. In addition, Su has been working as the Executive Director and lead the Greater Cleveland Chinese Chamber of Commerce since 2017.   Su has excellent lawyer skills and would be able to provide legal service in both English and Chinese. She is good at working in a diverse environment and has a strong ability to work with people from different cultures.  Currently, Su is licensed to practice law in the states of Ohio and New York.
