As the Managing Partner of Practice at Morgan Lewis, I oversee the firm's practice groups, practice areas, partner talent, and partner recruiting. With more than 40 years of experience in employment and labor law, I provide strategic and litigation advice to employers on issues involving executive compensation, labor management relations, collective bargaining, and employment law. I work with clients to manage and resolve proactively matters involving union corporate campaigns, high-profile employment litigation, and workforce change, including labor and employment issues involving new businesses, acquisitions, and divestitures, and international labor standard investigations and claims involving the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) and its National Contact Points. I also counsel both boards of directors and C-level executives on employment agreements and compensation for senior executives. I have tried more than a dozen employment cases to verdict in federal and state courts.
