About Steven Rubin
Attorney Steven L. Rubin has been in training to be an attorney, his dream job, since he was 5 years old according to his mother. His trustworthy, “pull no punches” approach is appreciated by clients when he explains things in layman’s terms so that anyone can understand it. Most of his passion stems from the fact that Steve knows what it’s like to sit on the other side of the desk. While Steve was in law school, his mother was diagnosed with ALS, commonly known as Lou Gehrig’s Disease, and given 6 months to live. He was thrust into a number of roles that his clients often find themselves in — caregiver, advocate, provider, and concerned loved one. His mother’s greatest wish was to beat the odds and live long enough to see her son’s childhood dream come true. While his mom eventually lost her battle to ALS, Steve vowed to never give up the fight. Seeing how his mother’s dedication to his dream and her belief that her child could make a difference helped her live for almost three years, Steve’s dedication to using his passion for the law to help his clients deal with tough issues -- such as medical malpractice, personal injury, death, incapacity, disability, special needs, social security, asset protection and taxes – and providing that assistance in the best and least stressful way possible.
