About Steven Polard
I have been practicing law for over 39 years in Los Angeles. I do commercial and bankruptcy litigation. Most of my experience has been representing financial institutions, aviation companies, foreign companies, healthcare industry companies, and CMBS special servicers, with a particular emphasis in real estate related litigation. I also do transactional work in the healthcare and commercial real estate industries, including the purchase and sale of hospitals and SNFs. I am a graduate of Duke Law School, Class of 1979, and the University of Kansas. My wife Dr. Andrea F. Polard is a published author and founder of the Los Angeles Center for Zen Psychology. We have three children.
