About Steven Lurie
I represent primarily multi-family, industrial, shopping center, office, hotel and golf course developers and investors in transactions throughout the United States. I maintain a diverse practice that includes all aspects of commercial development, acquisitions and sales, financing and loan work out transactions, leasing and joint venture transactions. In the past year alone, I was the lead lawyer on more than $3 billion in transactions involving real estate located in 13 states and the District of Columbia. I am honored to have been recently recognized him as one of 27 national influencers in the industrial real estate sector by Globe St. Real Estate Forum, selected as one of the Top 50 Real Estate Lawyers in the U.S. by Connect Media, and honored as 2020 Real Estate Attorney of the Year by Los Angeles Business Journal. I am also on the Advisory Board for the Los Angeles Sports & Entertainment Commission and a member of the Board of Directors for the City of Hope Los Angeles Real Estate Council.
