I am an entrepreneur with over 25 years of business experience, I am a founder of Kozlowski Law Firm, a boutique firm that focuses in intellectual property, entertainment and business transactions. I am a co-founder of Two Eyes Productions, a production company that produces and distributes original independent films. I am also a founder of Lion and Unicorn Auction House in Hollywood, Florida. I have a license to practice law in Florida and a solicitor qualification in England and Wales, which enables me to handle cross-border cases and transactions. I have successfully represented clients in various industries, including technology, entertainment, healthcare, and hospitality, in complex and high-profile disputes and deals. Some of my notable achievements include securing multiple multimillion-dollar verdicts and settlements, obtaining and enforcing copyrights and trademarks, and negotiating and drafting licensing and distribution agreements. I am also passionate about teaching and sharing my knowledge, and I have served as an adjunct professor at two prestigious law schools.
