Steven Coren

COREN was admitted to the Bar in 1978 for New York State Courts and United States District Courts, and later gained admission to practice before the U.S. Second Circuit Court of Appeals and the U. S. Supreme Court. He is a long standing member of the American Bar Association’s Labor and Employment Law Section and its Litigation Section. Mr. Coren is a 1972 graduate of Cornell University, School of Industrial and Labor Relations. He earned his law degree from New York Law School in 1977 where he served as Research Editor for the Law Review. He also holds a Master of Laws degree (LLM) in labor law from New York University which he earned in 1984 after completing his thesis on successorship rights and remedies for employers and unions upon a change in enterprise ownership.
