Having worked, initially as a certified public accountant, and then as an attorney for more than twenty-five years, has given me a unique perspective on the needs of businesses and individuals as relates to a variety of business matters including corporate transactions, transactional tax planning, business succession and estate planning, wealth preservation, ERISA and executive compensation. I have also represented both businesses and individuals before the Internal Revenue Service, the New Hampshire Department of Revenue Administration and the Massachusetts Department of Revenue. I have also served as counsel for companies, fiduciaries and sellers in over thirty ESOP transactions.
