About Steven Bergman
I am an accomplished litigator and trial attorney with nearly twenty years of litigation and business experience. Over the last few years, I have successfully represented clients in product liability matters, antitrust matters, commercial matters, contract disputes, business disputes, eminent domain proceedings, and civil appeals.I represent a diverse set of clients including high tech companies, manufacturers, distributors, financial institutions, insurance companies, real estate investors, small businesses, and individuals. I have extensive experience representing multinational companies, including companies from both Asia and Europe, and American companies involved in international trade and transactions. Since joining Richards Brandt, I have successfully resolved a number of product liability matters and commercial disputes for my clients, obtaining judgments and/or dismissals through pretrial proceedings, arbitration, and trial. I am admitted to practice in California and Utah, as well as numerous Federal Courts across the United States.
