Steven Barnhart

Steve Barnhart has practiced trial law for forty years in the areas of personal injury, medical malpractice, business and employment litigation, state and local government and civil rights. He is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts in Georgia and the United States Supreme Court. He has successfully represented clients in all of his practice areas through negotiation, mediation, trials and appeals in the state and federal courts. His representation of civil defendants in the first half of his career resulted in numerous defense judgments. His successful representation of plaintiffs throughout his career has yielded many six and seven figure recoveries for his clients. Steve Barnhart has been named among the best attorneys in Georgia in the Atlanta Magazine, Georgia Super Lawyers Edition. He has been AV rated since 1991.
