Stephen Peters

I handle complex high exposure civil litigation and appeals, and have been included on annual lists of Best Lawyers in America and Indiana Super Lawyers. I have handled over 150 appeals in state and federal courts and am a Fellow of Litigation Counsel of America. I am a past chair of the IBA Litigation and Appellate Practices Sections, and currently serve as Co-director of the Indiana Appellate Institute. I am a member and officer of the Lawyers Club of Indianapolis, and served for 6 years as contributing co-editor to the CGL Reporter published by IRMI.
