I am a trial attorney with significant experience in employment litigation, construction litigation, and commercial tenancy disputes. My representative trial experience includes a $10.6 million judgment obtained on behalf of a client, including an award of punitive damages; a $1.4 million judgment obtained on behalf of a client, including reimbursement of attorney's fees; and a defense verdict obtained on behalf of a client in a $4 million wrongful death action. I have also litigated high-value appeals in the Massachusetts Appeals Court, Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court, Maine Supreme Judicial Court, and First Circuit Court of Appeals.
