I have been a Union Representative for 30 years. I have handled grievances ( Step 1, 2 pre-arbitration) ; Arbitration, Unemployment Hearings, EEO's, and specialized in Workers' Compensation representing APWU and providing assistance to employees of other crafts for claim acceptance. I have gotten claims accepted from hearings. I have written reports for injured workers to take to treating physicians for acceptance as rationalized medical opinion by OWCP. I am looking to represent all Postal and Federal employees with compensation issues in any part of the country. I can do hearings telephonically and so can represent injured workers anywhere. I have many references available upon request throughout New York State.
