Stephen Jaffe

Stephen Jaffe is the founder of The Jaffe Law Firm, based in San Francisco. He specializes in employment law, representing employees and in False Claims Act cases. He is experienced in many aspects of federal and state litigation, including trials, mediations, arbitrations and appeals. He is a Northern California Super Lawyer, is rated “AV Preeminent” by Martindale-Hubbell, and “Superb” by Avvo. Stephen is a Board member of the Jewish Bar Association of San Francisco and is the National Legal Counsel of the American Federation of Aviculture. Mr. Jaffe is active in politics. He is the current Parlimentarian of the Democratic Club of Carlsbad Oceanside, and the former President of South Beach District 6 Democratic Club of San Francisco and Democrats of the Desert in the Coachella Valley. In 2018, he ran for the US Congress in California’s 12th District. He is a mental health advocate, a strong advocate for animal rights, and does pro bono work for the Animal Legal Defense Fund.
