I never set out to be in the workspace business. I set out to solve a problem — first for myself, then for thousands of others.I’ve spent most of my career as a self-employed corporate attorney. Early on, I faced the same challenges many solos experience: inconsistent revenue, constant marketing pressure, and the isolation of practicing alone. Joining a shared law office unexpectedly changed everything. With the right community around me, referrals increased, collaboration improved, and my practice stabilized — all without ever leaving my office.That experience shifted my entire view of workspace. It wasn’t just real estate. It was an operating system that could materially improve the lives and businesses of the people inside it.When the opportunity arose to open my own shared office suite, I built Law Firm Suites around that insight — a system designed to help attorneys grow more successful solo practices through community, referrals, and operational efficiency. It worked. The model took on a life of its own.Several years later, we expanded the same system to support small businesses through Ripple Coworking in Florida, growing into a multi-location coworking platform with strong occupancy, referral-driven sales, and highly efficient operations.Across both brands, our focus has always been consistent: build supportive, high-performance communities that help entrepreneurs succeed.The results speak for themselves — we’ve helped launch and stabilize dozens of law firms and small businesses, with a 92% success rate among long-term clients.My role has evolved from attorney to operator to system architect.
