About Stephen Falanga
I have over 30 years experience practicing in the commercial law area and have substantial experience in all aspects of insolvency law. I handle transactional matters in the commercial law field, including asset sales and dispositions, secured transactions, loan and mortgage financings, and other credit related transactions. I am also an experienced litigator that represents debtors and creditors in bankruptcy proceedings and in commercial and bankruptcy litigation in the Federal Courts of New York, New Jersey and Delaware and in New Jersey and New York State Court. After graduating from law school, I completed a one-year clerkship with the Honorable William F. Tuohey, a United States Bankruptcy Judge in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey. Prior to founding my firm, I practiced law with Connell Foley LLP for over 22 years.
