Stephen Cullen

I am head of our family law, international family law and private clients team and an equity principal at M&S. I litigate, arbitrate and mediate high-stakes HNW and UHNW divorce cases, and custody, international custody, third-party custody, international child abduction cases, Hague cases, jurisdiction issues, and relocation cases. I practice in the State of Maryland and District of Columbia courts and in federal courts around the United States of America. I handle family law and international family law appeals in federal and state appellate courts and in the Supreme Court. I advise attorneys around the world in all aspects of international family law. I am part of a super team of family law colleagues and we are proud to dedicate ourselves to our clients.
