Stephanie Sweitzer

For over 20 years, I have counseled employers across industries on day-to-day employment issues and represented them in litigation involving discrimination, retaliation, leave, and wage and hour claims. I help employers manage risk, make defensible decisions, and resolve disputes efficiently. I also have significant experience handling complex employment litigation, including class and collective actions under federal and state employment laws, as well as restrictive covenant, trade secret, and unfair competition matters. I regularly represent employers in federal and state courts, arbitrations, mediations, and administrative proceedings.
