About Stephanie Quinn
Shareholder and Litigation Attorney at Quinn Covarrubias | Civil Litigation including Personal Injury, Property Damage, Power Theft, and Employment Law As a shareholder and litigation attorney at Quinn Covarrubias, I represent private and public clients in civil litigation matters, with a focus on railroad, employment, and personal injury and property damage (PI/PD) cases. I have over 20 years of experience in this field. I have successfully litigated cases in both federal and state courts in California and Nevada. In 2023, I became licensed to practice law in Oregon, where I handle cases on behalf of a Class I railroad. I have tried cases to verdict in federal and state court. I am a member of professional associations that reflect my expertise and commitment to excellence. I serve as the President of the National Association of Railroad Trial Counsel (NARTC), an organization of attorneys who represent railroad companies throughout the nation. My railroad practice includes handling Federal Employer Liability Act cases, involving both traumatic injuries and occupational illnesses. I also defend railroad companies in cases involving crossing collisions and other third party claims. I conduct independent investigations in employment matters and provide advice to clients. I defend public entities when they are sued for personal injury and property damage, including inverse condemnation claims. I also file lawsuits on behalf of public entities to recover for damage to public property and for power theft. My goal is to provide high-quality and cost-effective legal services to my clients, while protecting their rights and interests.
