Stephanie Kantor

I practice exclusively in the area of labor and employment law on behalf of employers. I represent employers from a broad range of industries in litigating the entire spectrum of employment litigation matters, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage and hour claims. I also counsel employers concerning all matters pertaining to the employment relationship and employment law compliance. I provide day-to-day advice on employment matters, including investigations, discipline, and terminations; prepare employee handbooks and new-hire documents; and represent employers in government agency investigations.
