My practice focuses on litigating a variety of disputes, including cases under the Arkansas Minimum Wage Act, Fair Labor Standards Act, Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act, consumer rights, privacy, trade secrets, and general commercial litigation. In addition, I help owners, trainers, jockeys, and others involved in the thoroughbred horse racing industry to understand and navigate the rules and regulations, and I represent those accused of breaking the rules in proceedings before the stewards, state racing commissions, and those brought by HIWU and HISA.
