Sofia Zneimer

I am a passionate advocate for fair application of immigration laws. With broad experience in both business and family immigration, I have represented clients in litigation, family and employment visas, blanket L visas, H-1B visas, J waivers, U visas, removal and deportation defense, asylum, parental kidnapping, immigration appeals, and state and federal litigation. I have authored amicus briefs in support of plaintiffs to the Illinois Supreme Court, and Illinois Appellate Court. I represent clients before Illinois state courts, USCIS, ICE, CBP, State Department, Board of Immigration Appeals, Department of Labor and the federal courts.
