About Smith Scatizzi
I am a family law mediator and legal consultant. My practice focuses on mediating all aspects of dissolutions, including, but not limited to, establishing child custody schedules, setting child support, setting spousal support, modifications of support orders, division of assets, and drafting of marital settlement agreements. I also draft premarital agreements, cohabitation agreements (“Anti-Marvin” Agreements) and handle paternity disputes. I also have significant experience in complex business litigation. Over the years, I have accumulated appellate experience having handled multiple state and federal appellate cases for the California 2nd Appellate District, 4th Appellate District Division 1 and 2, California Supreme Court, United States 9th Circuit Court of Appeal, United States 2nd Circuit Court of Appeal, and the United States Supreme Court.
