About Sienna Markles
My practice is devoted to family law matters. I help my clients through the process of divorce including custody, spousal support, child support, and division of assets and debts. I also draft prenuptial and postnuptial agreements. A portion of my practice is devoted to working with clients to modify their judgments of disolution to reflect the change of circumstances, including custody and support. Unfortunately divorce is typically not a pleasurable experience for all parties involved, therefore my goal is to be an advocate and to explain the process in an easy and understandable way while aggressively representing my clients' interests. My passion is to make sure that kids are not directly involved in the dispute between their parents, and overall I try to ease the tension and make this process as painless as possible. To most effectively support my clients in the usually difficult process of divorce, the three most important things I provide my clients are: -knowledge of the process -attention to their needs -assisting them to focus on the real issues All of these are essential to the resolution of their litigation and to allow them to move forward in their lives.
