About Shay Samples
After establishing my career as a trial lawyer at another prominent firm, I came to Hare Wynn as a full partner in 1994. In all my years of practice, I have tried hundreds of complex jury trials throughout Alabama, both in state and federal courts. Although I have handled cases involving most areas of civil trial litigation and tort liability, I have dedicated my practice primarily to the representation of individuals’ families of medical malpractice and healthcare negligence. I have been the recipient of numerous record million/multi-million dollar verdicts and settlements throughout Alabama. For me the personal relationship I develops with my clients is just as important as their professional relationship, and I believe that gaining my clients’ trust and friendship ultimately helps me serve their needs even better.
