My trial practice focuses on trade secret, restrictive covenant, and employee mobility matters. I have first chaired jury and bench trials and evidentiary hearings, obtained and defeated motions for emergency temporary restraining orders and preliminary injunctions, and argued appeals in matters for a broad range of industries. My teams tenaciously litigate matters nationwide with the aim of achieving my clients' objectives by resolving matters promptly and, if necessary, by prevailing at trial.
