About Sebastian Lee
Every business and government agency with employees encounters issues related to Labor & Employment and Workers' Compensation; that's where I can be of service. I represent employers, public entities, third party administrators, insurance companies, and self-insured entities in Workers’ Compensation matters throughout California. I regularly litigate cases from inception through trial, and have extensive experience in mediations, arbitrations, and subrogation. I've also litigated cases at the appellate level, recently conducting oral arguments before the Second District Court of Appeal. Prior to joining Lewis Brisbois, I represented plaintiffs in personal injury and general liability matters, regularly appearing in Superior Court and serving as first chair in bench and jury trials. This background enables me to view disputes from both sides, which I've found to be particularly helpful in resolving disputes without extensive litigation. While I consider myself a trial lawyer at heart, I always approach employer/employee disputes with an eye towards cost-effective resolution in the best interests of my clients.
