These clients rely upon our legal advice with respect to transactional matters/contract negotiations, best practices, internal policies/procedures and all facets of personnel management.(2) We also represent current and former employees in matters regarding breach of employment contract, wrongful discharge, retaliation/retaliatory discharge, sexual harassment, hostile work environment and employment discrimination.We do not charge for initial consultations.
