About Scott Witlin
Scott Witlin handles a wide variety of labor relations and employment law matters. Mr. Witlin’s background is in traditional labor law matters, and he has represented clients in numerous arbitrations, collective bargaining negotiations and union organizing campaigns. In addition, Mr. Witlin has litigated various employment cases before state and federal courts, state administrative agencies, arbitration tribunals and the National Labor Relations Board. He advises clients on issues as diverse as compliance with various guild and union agreements in the entertainment industry and with California’s various employment laws. In the last several years, Scott’s practice has involved industries including entertainment and broadcasting, manufacturing, retail, consumer and industrial products and transportation. Specialties: Scott has significant experiennce in all matters of union management relations including collective bargaining, arbitrations, union avoidance, strategic planning and litigation.
