I have been practicing law in the State of New Jersey and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania for 25 years. My specialties are Criminal Defense, Personal Injury, Bankruptcy, Civil Litigation, and Real Estate law. I am admitted to the practice of law before all Courts in the State of New Jersey and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. I also am admitted to practice before, and appear regularly in, the United States District Courts for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the Middle District of Pennsylvania and the District of New Jersey. I am admitted to appear in the United States Supreme Court and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. I am Certified by the New Jersey Supreme Court as a Municipal Court Law Attorney, which means that the Court recognizes me as an expert in municipal court. In New Jersey, Municipal Court is where cases for driving under the influence of alcohol and drugs are heard as well as other traffic matters. I have handled hundreds of driving under the influence cases and thousands of municipal court cases. I also represent Defendants and try cases involving serious matters such as homicide, sexual assault and robbery. My civil litigation practice is thriving as I represent individuals in disputes as well as well-know local businesses. My active business clients include Harmony Sand & Gravel, Inc., Superior Quartz, Inc., the founders of Rath's Deli, Alpha Lehigh Tool & Machine Co., Inc. and DLP Realty. I have helped injured clients recover millions of dollars over my career.
