For more than 35 years, I have represented clients in significant real estate transactions — from apartment complexes and office towers to senior living campuses, large acreage tracts, affordable housing, and a broad range of commercial properties.My clients are nonprofits and for-profit companies who need not just legal expertise, but sound judgment. A large part of what I do is serve as a counselor and sounding board — helping clients think through all the factors before deciding on a course of action. Sometimes that leads to a transaction. Sometimes it doesn't.
