I have over twenty years' experience litigating and arbitrating all manner of complex business, employment and healthcare-related disputes. My clients range from large corporations and start-ups to individual professionals (such as CEOs, directors, and high level executives.) My practice also regularly includes counseling on employment matters, such as drafting and negotiating executive compensation agreements, and advising companies on their internal investigations. In addition to my litigation and counseling work, I have served as “outside” in-house counsel for a national consumer finance corporation, supervising mortgage and real estate-related litigation matters pending across the country.
