About Scott McNutt
Scott provides insolvency advice to corporate boards and officers. He is always happy to chat about opportunities but is not currently actively looking for clients. In 2018 he closed insolvency boutique McNutt Law Group LLP after more than 20 years of successful practice. Scott has been the principal in a number of national and international insolvency cases. Previously, he served on the Board of Governors of the State Bar of California, the chair of the Insolvency Law Committee of the State Bar of California and he was previously an adjunct Professor of Law at the University California Davis. Additionally he was previously Counsel to the Fee Examiner in the PG&E Bankruptcy Proceedings.
