I serve as General Counsel and a member of the Executive Leadership Team for a national technology-enabled financial infrastructure platform, where I oversee legal, regulatory compliance, cybersecurity, enterprise risk, and strategic transactions. I regularly advise executive leadership and the Board of Directors on regulatory strategy, capital and financing matters, risk management, and corporate governance. Over the course of my career, I have built and scaled legal and risk functions in highly regulated environments, supporting complex financial products, multi-state operations, and technology-driven growth initiatives. My role sits at the intersection of law, business strategy, and risk, with a focus on enabling responsible growth while protecting enterprise value. I am particularly interested in opportunities within fintech, financial services, and technology-enabled platforms where the legal function operates as a strategic partner to the business and plays a meaningful role in product development, capital strategy, and enterprise decision-making. Based in Tennessee and open to national opportunities with the right strategic fit.
