Scott Jacobson

For more than 25 years, Scott has been guiding his individual and business clients through the litigation process. He has represented manufacturers and retailers of various products including construction tools and equipment, automobiles and automotive parts, fire suppression systems, and many others. He has represented businesses and individuals in personal injury and property damage cases. He has defended restaurants and retailers against customer claims. He has successfully navigated the complex world of asbestos litigation, having defended equipment and vehicle manufacturers, local retailers, and contractors. He has represented large corporations, small family businesses, and individuals involved in contract disputes. Scott recognizes that courtrooms, judges, juries, and opposing counsel can be intimidating and confusing for even the brightest and best clients. Scott knows the ins and outs of the courtroom, having tried many cases in Utah’s state and federal courts, and having represented clients in the Utah Court of Appeals, Utah Supreme Court, and 10th Circuit Federal Court of Appeals.
