About Scott Cain
Scott is the mayor of cleburne and is a trial and appellate lawyer with an emphasis on commercial and real estate matters. He has tried over 80 jury trials and handled many civil appeals. Scott represents many businesses in various corporate matters. After years of business experience at Sewell Cadillac, Scott graduated from Texas Wesleyan magna cum laude. After returning to his hometown of Cleburne, Texas, Scott has built a general practice with an emphasis on civil trial and appeal, real estate and corporate matters. Scott received his LLM from Texas A&M Law School in 2023.
