I’m Scott Aigen, Esq., founder of Aigen Injury Law, a Miami-based firm dedicated exclusively to representing victims of personal injury and wrongful death. I take each case personally, providing the care, communication, and dedication every client deserves. My mission is simple: to protect the injured, hold negligent parties accountable, and secure the maximum compensation possible. Before founding Aigen Injury Law, I gained invaluable experience litigating on both sides of personal injury cases—representing plaintiffs and defendants throughout Florida. This dual perspective gives me a strategic edge when going up against large insurance companies and corporate defense teams, allowing me to anticipate their moves and build stronger cases for my clients. My practice focuses on car accidents, trucking collisions, slip and falls, premises liability, and wrongful death claims.
