About Sarah Herlihy
I am an experienced trial attorney who has successfully pursued and defended claims on behalf of my clients in state and federal courts across the country, as well as in private arbitrations. My practice focuses on employment and related commercial matters, with an emphasis on restrictive covenant and trade secret matters and complex discrimination and harassment claims. As a litigator, however, I routinely tackle unique and complex legal questions for my clients, including by leveraging an extensive network of experienced practitioners. I prioritize my role as a problem-solving partner to my clients. I am often asked to assist with the execution of significant workplace changes, help clients avoid litigation, and work on special projects such as internal investigations.
